Subscriptions and Quotas in Agentverse
The Agentverse manages access and resources usage through two complementary mechanisms: subscriptions and quotas.
- A subscription determines whether a user has an active plan and which features are available within the Agentverse.
- A quota defines how much of a particular resource a user and their agents can consume within the Agentverse.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions represent the plan you are currently on. Each plan comes with specific features, limits, and support options. Subscriptions are managed via Stripe and shown on your profile page.
You can check out your plan information and eventually switch plan in your profile dashboard:
Currently, within the Agentverse you can opt for one of the following three tiers:
Each tier provides different features, retention policies, and usage limits, such as:

π‘ Note: Enterprise plans include all Premium features, plus custom resource limits, dedicated Slack support, and tailored hosting options. Reach out to our Team if you are interested in the Enterprise Plan, so that it can be perfectly tailored based on your needs!
π‘ Note: To ensure uninterrupted interaction with your agent mailboxes, it is required that users maintain an active Agentverse subscription. On the free tier, this simply means logging in to Agentverse at least once every 30 days. Failure to do so will result in your Agentβs mailbox being deactivated. This mechanism ensures efficient resource management and prevents unmaintained Agents from consuming unnecessary resources.
Quotas
Quotas are enforced usage limits that apply to every user and their agents.
They are displayed on the Stats page in your profile and ensure fair resource distribution. Importantly, quotas are enforced independently of your subscription tier and even if your plan allows more agents or features, you cannot exceed your quota limits until they reset or you upgrade.
